she always asks "are you full?" do you really need to finish that 800 calorie burger and 500 calorie fry? I've come to realize that I don't need to finish the huge meal and it's gotten to the point where if I don't feel hungry, I won't finish it. I've lost a few pounds but it's gotten me on the right track.
It's amazing how 1 bite of cake can require you to run/walk a mile to burn those calories you just ate with one bite... but stopping when you're full makes a huge difference.
