sell pest control services or something like that and then calling them independent contractors, I don’t blame the kid’s mom. Too many of these types of businesses hire young people and try to force them to work like they are employees but call them independent contractors to get around federal regulations.

I can see why parents get involved sometimes. My son did this last year and still hasn’t got his final payment
