He should pay to fix it but not be charged. If he didn’t wreck it, I wouldn’t have pressed charges, I would have just yelled at him. Since he did, I yelled at him and he has to pay for it.
Why would I press charges? I have IC’s and employee do stupid stuff all the time. When they do, I make them fix what the did wrong but I don’t try to ruin their lives.
Why would I press charges? I’m not out to destroy the poor kid.
