They need to let him be who he is. It's a big reason why Brett Favre was successful. It doesn't mean being a reckless gunslinger, but you do have to give some freedom and let him relax and just play his game. If that fails, it's on to the next. But until then, he's got a shot if he's healthy and we actually form an offense around him.
