Their star QB went down, then they completely revamped their offense to work to the back up QB's strengths. Our offense has been the complete opposite the last couple years. We've been trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. One of the primary functions of the OC should be to tailor the offense to the weapons he has. Not doing that will result in failure...we know all to well.

I truly believe Mangum has the skill set to be an excellent QB...he just needs some freedom and the right system to show case that.
