Much ado about nothing I'd guess
I've heard enough stories going the other way where a recruit had visits elsewhere and then came to BYU and was blown away. My guess is that expectations are different everywhere and BYU's pitch just wasn't what this kid was looking for.
It's entirely possible that BYU is lacking here and needs help, but I'm also not super quick to jump on the pitchfork bandwagon just yet in regards to this.
