There is one thing that genuinely breaks my heart. When my in-laws come to visit us in Texas, we have to be really careful about where we take them. We have tried taking them out for great BBQ, but they just pick at it like birds. They think it's too unhealthy, or there's too much meat. I'm pretty sure my FIL didn't even touch his brisket, instead he just downed like a gallon of cole slaw. My SIL in particular is completely grossed out by it. But then again, she wouldn't even eat bacon when we served it to her.

And we're not even taking them to the overly greasy places. This is just normal stuff. It's a travesty.
