So you almost ran over a motorcyclist and you're blaming it on him?

When I had a motorcycle I had 5-6 close calls. It was the car driver's fault every single time.

Half of the times I almost got hit I could see that the driver was distracted on their phone. It doesn't matter if they're texting or using the GPS, the distraction is the same.
