Uhh...>6.5 have been happening with quite regularity every 350 years on average
at some point on the Wasatch fault. And the last big one was around 400 years ago.

The Salt Lake to Provo section of the fault has had a major earthquake every 1300 years on average, and the last one was also just about 1300 years ago.
