You can’t just look at ROI on the stadium. This is the

Heart of what has been a major college football program. Putting a valuation on a top 50 college football program should push $200 M. LES renovation among other things should be done to get your program back on track and make sure your at the table for whatever changes are coming to the current CFB business model.
