Take a look at aerials of the current stadium and the Provo High School site,

then come back and let me know if you still think that's a viable option. Let me just save you the time. It's not. The Provo High site may about the same size as the stadium site, but it provides no space for parking unless you think they'll build a multi-level parking structure in the parking lot at University Ave and Canyon Rd. Thats not likely, in my opinion.
