Saturday will be a full speed, pads on practice..
I would anticipate they'll make an announcement after that.
My intuition from listening to what all the coaches have said (not the CB hype squad) is that they already know who they want (I'm 90% sure it's Mangum). They just want him to string together some consistently great practices, including a full speed, pads on practice. If Mangum plays well on Saturday, I'm pretty sure it'll be a done deal.
