If I remember correct, he received the offer when he was 14.
That's what happens when you offer a kid that early. IMO he didn't develop at all after that offer. Once a kid gets an offer from an SEC school you'd think that any G5 school would love to get that kid and him going the JUCO route speaks volumes of his talent level
