Are facial hair and other grooming standards enforced if the student

is not enrolled? I don't think most football players are enrolled in summer semester so can they enforce it? I noticed several players at the scrimmage on Saturday with long hair and facial hair that during the season is not there.

This stuff happens all the time at BYU. For athletes, Cheer, Cougarettes, BYUSA etc. Some people have to complain.
