My friends BiL, a USU fan, used to call the HC office all of the time.

He bragged to me on several occasions of watching clips of fall camp on the news (before school had started), and then if he ever saw any of the players with long hair or who looked like they hadn't shaved for a few days, he would call the honor code office and complain about them doing a poor job representing the "Lord's University".

He got a pretty big kick out of doing it.

This stuff happens all the time at BYU. For athletes, Cheer, Cougarettes, BYUSA etc. Some people have to complain.
