1. Why Lamb? He has nothing to do with the Offense nor the QBs. Grimes or Roderick any maybe KS. There isn't any justification here. Fesi Sitake isn't going to tell a LB that he moving positions.

2. I don't know, but Merril said Beau wanted to discuss the situation and they blew him off for a few weeks. That shouldn't be the case for ANY player, regardless of position.

3. I don't know the circumstances around this situation obviously, but if I am Grimes or ARod I'd be POd if I wasn't the one letting Beau know about the move. He is one of my players, I'm breaking the news to him. Something is off here. If you want to go back to last year we can look at more examples but I think those are fairly well documented. Other CB reports of the D cutting out early and the DC leaving the field before anyone else is disturbing as well (small sample size and tough to believe 100% so valid to poke holes at).

Hoge's situation isn't about the details, but the larger trends that seem to be happening. That is what is concerning.
