difficult is it to pick it up and either throw it in a public trash can by a bus station or wait till you get home and drop it into your own trash? To me there is a correlation to those who do not pick up their dogs fecal matter and they way people treat their own homes. Trash is trash in this case based on my anecdotal observations.
