I've read some good things and here is my list in order:

1) Assume that the B12 was staying together and accepting their offer (if it was offered)
2) Keep Anae 1.0
3) Institute the "no comment/team rules" honor code violators rule. Especially before Davies
4) Update that Title IX / HC reporting rules sooner
5) Not hire such an inexperienced staff — I'm OK with Kalani, but there needed to be more experience behind him.
