A much stronger focus on getting and keeping excellent assistant coaches.
This would include ponying up adequate $$$ to do so.
To go along with this — several top flight strength and conditioning coaches to put BYU's fitness program among the very best. BYU should be good at this. Our players have good health habits and mostly strong work ethic. We should have the most fit players compared to every other team we play.
