I'm a muscle group a day person. I don't like mixing because I can't give max
effort to all exercises. If I do chest first then back I am too smoked to give back the time and effort it deserves. If I alternate between chest and back exercises, then I feel (personal opinion) that there is too much time between chest or back exercises to keep the pump going and the blood continuing to do its job.

I prefer the focus of one muscle group per day.
