Max effort does not mean 1 rep maxing every day.
I'm trying to say that when I can focus on one muscle group, I feel like I can work that muscle more thoroughly.

I would never recommend maxing every day. Thats a great way to get hurt and i love powerlifting.

I actually feel that way psychologically too..but results have taught
