Like I said in my other thread, it was slightly behind. But 2-3 feet on a 45

yard throw is within the margin of error for "near perfect" imo. He throws it more than maybe a yard further, it probably goes off Romney's finger tips. I don't see any slowing down or underthrow. To even mention anything about the pass is doing a disservice to Mangum and completely unrealistic expectations for a deep ball.
