Easily the most difficult thing I've ever done. Swim was almost cancelled because of the wind but they did a smaller 650m swim. About 20 miles of the bike we had 25+ mph head winds and I crashed the last 7 miles of the run and had to walk most. The bottom of my foot was killing me....took my sock off after and realized I has a sand thorn in it the whole time 😂

I'm sore and will be down a couple days but I'm already planning Haines City 2019.
