You may indeed be a troll but what you state isn't far off from what I've heard. I'm not as connected to football in this state on the level I used to be but I still hear stuff. The BYU job isn't held in the same regard that it once was. It wouldn't surprise me if this was how Hill felt. BYU is a tough gig and it's getting more difficult every year. With that said offering the right amount of compensation can be quite the lure.

For those of you scoffing that our independence status is not a factor....you're up in the night. It absolutely is a factor. Just like incoming prospects most coaches want to earn championships, even if they are in a G5 conference.
