Exactly. 3 years of a salary at somewhere like BYU is like 12 years at Weber.
No way he says no. Even if he falls flat on his face he comes out way ahead financially and can always get another jobs as an FCS head coach.
It's like a FBS coach jumping to the NFL. It's not hard to come back if you fail at another level. May as well take the substantial raise.
