Lots of green vegetables are the key and limit your carb intake.
You can pretty much eat all the green vegetables you want but make sure you limit all the other foods you eat to a single portion per meal. At least 3 servings of vegetables a day. (Don’t eat potatoes for your vegetable servings)

The other biggie is to eliminate sugary treats, soda, candy, pastries, etc.

Do this and guarantee you’ll get results.
