It only takes a few that wouldn’t and he doesn’t try
BYU has been able to get those guys in the past but now they can’t?
Look at all the lds guts he misses or doesn’t play so they transfer and do better.
He found Bartley and didn’t play him and the guy goes on to become a player of the year. Chatman, Dastrup, Toolson. All have it will go on to be good players in better leagues. Misses on guys like Sam Merrill then finds a guy at the same school.
