Except this doesn't control for inflammation. Every body is different. We have
different Gene expressions. Different foods/chemicals cause different reactions and therefore inflammation manifests differently that causes different problems. Those problems can be related to how the body stores fat. It's not the same for everyone.
Soon enough this will be more generally accepted. The Science community is SLOW to update.
