I feel full quicker after a meal. For me, it is now about changing habits and discipline. I can't sit down and eat like a starving college student like I could back in the day. I'm not super old (43), but it has caught up to me quickly over the past year from some injuries and health issues. I have been trying to get back in shape and increase my metabolism because I love eating ice cream and snacking while reading a book in bed. If it doesn't happen, I just need to learn to discipline myself and not eat like I used to.
