he said that unless you DON'T start taking steps toward change, you won't change. The word don't should be in that sentence. He means to say that people SHOULD start making steps toward change, but what he actually wrote is telling people that the first step to change is to not take steps toward change.... I'm sure he did not do that on purpose. I just thought it was a funny mistake.
