they offered him within 1/2 an hour of seeing his film. They called him immediately and offered him then they brought us over to Hawaii that weekend for an official visit. The visit was great and we really liked the coaches. Coach Rolovich is awesome as is Coach Stutzman who is the QB coach.

They had a grad assistant taxi us around and cater to us all weekend and that was Va'a Nuimatalolo who just graduated from BYU last spring. He played LB at BYU and is the Navy coaches son. He told us he'd personally look out for our son and pick him up and take him to church on Sunday's. Honestly he is a very impressive kid and I bet his dad is as well.

So the relationship was really good but on top of that the offense they run is great for a QB, my boy could put up some serious stats there. They just really wanted him badly and we could tell it was sincere. In fact they told us he is their #1 recruit, all positions, this year, the top guy they wanted to get.

And they told us he can come in and legitimately compete immediately which is really as much as you can ask for.

It was just a great fit for him.
