For instance a BYU scholarship doesn’t have nearly that dollar value but I wouldn’t argue that the Hawaii degree is worth more than a BYU degree. Being LDS tuition at BYU is really cheap, in fact the BYU scholarship between tuition, books, and fees is probably only worth 1/5 of the Hawaii scholarship in actual dollars and the cost of living part is cheaper at BYU as well. So the value is subjective for sure but the actual dollar value is not, it’s simply worth more in actual dollars.
