In my opinion, the same officials that review plays should be watching, and if a 'missed' or "no call" happens, they
immediately signal a review (just like they do for TDs that might be questioned). That play should have been called, even by the review official. The penalty should have been assessed. And maybe the Saints score a TD, maybe they still kick the FG, but the right should have been fixed.
We live in a day with too much technology and too many cameras for a missed call or no call to occur.
At least it should have been allowed to challenged by the Head Coach to review it as 'no call' at the cost of a TO if he is wrong. ANY play should be subject to challenge.
