I still need to try that place. I like a little chew to my ribs but my family
Does not so when I cook them I use the 3-2-1 method so they are almost fall of the bone. I think for serving people when you cook them yourself the less chee off the bone the more likely you will cover the masses. But if you can’t slice them up for serving without the meat falling off the bones you went too far
