Me too. I tip regular people I see well over the norm. I will also tip at restaurants well over if they are good.
One big thing for me is if they ask me if I would like a refill. That server will most likely get the norm. If they see my drink is almost gone and bring one without asking that server will most likely get over the norm. That isn't the only indicator but I have found it's a good one.
