Would have no problem giving a pizza delivery guy $10-20 to deliver in snow

But under normal circumstances when I order a pizza and the pizza place charges me for the delivery I see no reason why I should be expected to give anything extra. I usually give them a few dollars because I'm weak and feel bad giving nothing but there is ZERO reason to tip a delivery guy other than the fact that he has a crappy job.
