Still waiting for a logical reason why they should be tipped...
It's not my responsibility to give extra money to people who aren't paid well. If they wow me with their service or go above and beyond in any way then yeah I will hook em up. If they don't provide anything other than what was already paid for then they have no reason to expect any more money from me.
This is pizza delivery, it's not charity. If the driver feels underpaid they should take that up to their employer.
