I realize this. The system is messed up. I know that my stinginess won’t fix it
But I refuse to give in to it. My rule of thumb is I never tip because it is expected. I tip because it is deserved. There have been times a tip was very deserved for a pizza delivery. Usually it is not.
I probably order delivery pizza from a chain that charges for delivery like 2 or 3 times a year. Most of the time it’s from a local place who delivers for free. I gladly tip them.
