Good take
1. Doesn't trust his teammates or our system to repost. He so seldom gets the ball in a good spot he is "forced" to take the fadeaway. If that's not the shot we want, we need to be able to get him the ball in a better spot. If we were able to consistently get him the ball on the block it would be better for all.

2. Agree

3. He is shooting the 3 well. This keeps defenders honest, it's part of our system, and opens up the inside for him.

4. Fatigue and frustration. A big man needs touches in the post. If we can't get an entry pass on time we end up getting him the ball on the wing or at the elbow when he was open in the post, his energy lowers. He works hard in the post to get open we need to reward that. Often it's a lazy pass that gets stolen.
