Winning percentage doesn't mean a darn thing if you don't do anything with it
Great that Rose's teams can beat up on a bunch of bad MWC and WCC teams during conference play. He's also 4-8 all time in NCAA tournament play and only 6-5 in the NIT, and has only made it to the Sweet 16 once in his 14 years of coaching BYU.
If you're ok with having an average-at-best basketball program that consists mostly of paper tiger teams that beat up on inferior opponents while wilting in the face of good competition, then stick with Rose. If you want something better, then it's time to move on and try someone else.
