They are near the top every year. Albeit, there are not as many teams as men's bball, but they only have 2 players from Utah, many from CA and HI, and even several international players. 

If Rose, or whoever takes over as HC, can recruit players from everywhere, rather than showing some kind of allegiance to Utah and Idaho kids who grew up as fans, we can actually compete with the likes of Gonzaga.
