This argument only makes sense on the premise that the Men's team isn't
comprised of talented players. That is, the argument is, we don't have talented players, so we need to widen the recruiting pool.
But that premise is false. The men's team is full of solid players who were highly ranked coming out of HS. If we had a wide recruiting net, we still would have picked this team.
