I think the issue will continue until the root cause is addressed: the housing affordability crisis fueled by the combination of massive growth in tech and NIMBYs that want to keep their neighborhoods preserved in amber.

It's quite ironic to walk around Ravenna & Wallingford, and see signs opposing HALA's grand bargain for upzoning neighborhoods along with homeless folks living in tents.
