It is long. But it does a pretty good job of showing that homelessness isn't

The issue. It is drugs. There has been a homeless problem in Seattle for about 12 years now. The issue that is spiraling out of control is the drugs and crime.

People are choosing to live a life of drugs and crime because they are allowed to do it in Seattle. Homelessness is a symptom of the problem, it isn't the problem.
