Just to be clear, the main point of my post is not: FIRE ROSE
it is that the direction of the basketball program needs a major overhaul:
Something has to change: head coach, recruiting philosophy, team makeup, player retention, change up several assistant coaches...heck most programs have people as their director of basketball operations that have previous COACHING AND PLAYING experience. That's not the case with us.
If we continue to move ahead and just saying everything is fine then it will just get worse. Rose may need to go or maybe he is the guy to get us back on the upswing.... but the direction of the program needs a major overhaul. Some changes need to happen.
