The problem is, I’ve never seen it done that way. It’s a lot of weaving in and out of traffic, going full speed (not 15 mph), and traffic isn’t necessarily stopped. To me it more resembles reckless driving. You see the same thing in Portland with cyclists. They’re unpredictable and incredibly dangerous.
