Motorcycles are dangerous in traffic anyway
Apparently they are looking to make it even more dangerous.
I never liked the land splitting in California. Of course some in Utah think if California does it then Utah should also do it. That's just how dumb they are.

I believe CA allows it on highways which Utah does not.

The law is only on roads that don’t exceed a speed limit of 45 mph.
