The law is only on roads that don’t exceed a speed limit of 45 mph.
So lane splitting will not be legal on freeways. Not even Bangerter Highway.
So not in very many situations. Maybe on busy side roads during heavy commute times.
The worry is that motorcyclists will see the headlines that it’s legal and just start doing it at full speed on I-15 whenever they want.
