Problem is that USC has a MA in Mass Comm. He has to be admitted to a program at BYU that USC doesn't have.
You also should know that the Broadcast Journalism program at BYU is rated #1 in the country as is the Advertising Program at BYU. BYU Comm's is anything but "average." Maybe you should "check your facts." 😉 . However, those are the undergrad programs and he needs a grad program. Most broadcasters don't need nor get a Masters.
