I can't speak for everyone but the way I bench is I bring my elbows to 90'

bringing your elbows lower than your body messes up my shoulder and it hurts so I stop at 90'.

Maybe it's just your gym but most gyms are way more Jersey Shore than my crossfit box.

Funny thing is most of the XF guys at my gym are middle-aged surgeons so the fake tans and yelling seem out of place.
